the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. they ordered our taxi to the airport. the rooftop view felt magnificent. the room had a comfy bed and great shower.
the bar staff attentiveness need work. we left without placing an order. staff saw us but didn't come back after giving a menu.

the staff is very responsive. the rooftop bar is only for hotel guests. it had a fully stocked bar and i was able to order food, how amazing!!! we watched many sunsets from there. the hotel is centrally located and each tourist sight is walkable.
the hotel was nearly perfect, but the new year's eve party payment wasn't refunded. i informed them i was not able to make it. it was quite disappointing.

The hotel has a great central location. It is near Piazza Venezia, convenient for accessing many historical sites. All the staff were friendly. I appreciated that.
The service team seemed inflexible. I found it disappointing when they didn't refund the New Year's Eve party payment. The payment was EUR150 and we informed them we could not attend the event.
