The hotel has a great central location. It is near Piazza Venezia, convenient for accessing many historical sites. All the staff were friendly. I appreciated that.
The service team seemed inflexible. I found it disappointing when they didn't refund the New Year's Eve party payment. The payment was EUR150 and we informed them we could not attend the event.

i found the staff very helpful they assisted with luggage. the rooftop bar provided great city views it was pleasant.
the room cleanliness was lacking i found trash in corners. breakfast had a limited selection the food seemed reheated.
